I have recently written an application in pyQt called ‘Scntoc Res Manager’. This application let’s you open, inspect, modify a scntoc file. Scntoc files are generated for each .scn file, the format for Autodesk Softimage scene files. It is a very useful utlitity that lets you modify contents of a softimage file with openging Softimage. With this application you can quickly, easily and efficiently change the active resolutions of referenced models in a scene.
